What do I do if I have forgotten my WordPress User/Password?
If you have not changed your backend password, the first and easiest way to retrieve it is to refer to the “website live” e-mail that we have sent you. You password will be in there.
If the password has been changed and you no longer know the password, please kindly contact us for further assistance.
